It’s all fun games and exhilarating with free fall, right up until contact with terra firma.
It ain’t the free fall that’s dangerous and kills ya.
Tricky bit is that last tenth of an inch with the sudden deceleration, ruptured aorta and snapped neck that gets you an entrance ticket to the pearly gates.
