Young couple and friend were the victims. Girl was a looker. Driver was African. They can't even start the court proceedings since he only speaks Kinyarwanda. Clearly this fucker was still on the wrong timezone.

I assume based on this video that the head on collision was the 44 year old dude, and the 2nd bike, the couple, unclear how the perished from this angle. I imagine they made a right straight under the truck to avoid going into the opposite lane.
