Omg. Im a doctor. And this dude is in for a hell of pain for a long ... long time. Tried to see if it was fake, and i deem it not being fake either. This is like life altering event for this dude if he swallos the cactus, after the adrenaline subsides, the pain will persist ... possibly for a lifetime. But we didnt see him swallow. Most probably he spat it out, and just had a sore mouth for a year.
