Also, keep in mind how compressed videos work, instead of each frame being pristine, they are instead interlaced, meaning that non moving subjects from frame to frame stay pretty much the same, whilst moving pixels do not. This has the possibility of creating artefacts in the end product, and almost never captures in the same manner human eyes/brains do. It's a nice contextual representation of what a human would have captured, but not really an exact one.
