Yea, But why did he just keep walking? Literally an NPC, Like brother got scared then man up after that scream and just keep walking, Even when He got shot, He walked until he couldn't. Doesn't anyone find that concerning?
Cops might want to look into using a bolo-wrap. Would have worked nicely in this particular situation.
