Even for a Russian that's unexpected
Looks like LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) to me.
It's basically not as bad as EV, but something that poor country have had to deal with for a while now. They burn quick and fast, whilst EVs are like a volcanos, impossible to stop.
That's the time you hope you are ejected.
