Renard Spivey was acquitted of shooting his wife, killing her, after a day of arguing with her.

The defense claimed the gun didn't have a safety and was dangerous. And during the 911 call, Spivey had real emotion.

It was just a tragic accident.

Because typically a person would have a loaded gun with no safety in their hands, pointed at the spouse they've been arguing with all day, all accidentally.
