Fake - just used a rubber skin sleeve - note how she made a point of saying 'there is hair and everything!' - like why would you say that unless you wanted people to believe it was real skin, note too how unnatural and rubbery the 'skin' looks as she pulls at it - also the lack of blood and lack of any indication that the faker felt any pain, quite the opposite in fact - just glee at the prospect that he had pulled it off - or should that be 'she'. ;)
