The incident happened in Oklahoma City and left the man, Lich Vu, with brain bleed and a neck fracture. Lich was explaining to the officer what happened before he poked the cop on the chest and told him to "shut up" which prompted the officer to drop him to the ground. "This is not how you treat someone that is 5’3, 115 lbs with bone cancer after a car accident. Especially if English is their second language," said Lich's daughter. "His neck is fractured anteriorly and posteriorly. He can barely speak but he said thank you for all the support and prayers."
