Know what would solve a lot of this?
Making traffic flow, whether on the right like America, or on the left like Europe, JUST FUCKING PICK ONE and make it an international standard, THEN, K-rail separate the sides permanently, forever.
Nothing is 100% moron-proof, but that would knock down head-ons like this a LOT.
More peaceful this way. His pipes where too loud as well.
