It's Recep Erdogan, big boss of Turkey.
Lots of his voters/countrymen/soldiers live in Germany and allover Europe.
Turkey is in NATO, and also wants to be in the EU, which is .... really, really bad, as some other EU/NATO members keep pointing out.
But Erdogan is quite ruthless and kinda bullies/blackmails everybody elso into doing his bidding.
He has some few million Arabic refugees/invaders in camps in his country, he can release them onto Europe at any time.
