From having poor situational awareness, which for a cop can get you killed, he recovered quite well considering there were 5 of them. Good parting shot into one of the fleeing cockroaches.
Also nice to see that no-one was rushing to help the shot roach, and happy to let him just gurgle and bleed out.
Moral of the story: Don’t die and drive
