Rough translation is the one lady yelling at her for locking her dog in the car and not leaving the windows down causing the dog to die. Fucking can't stand assholes who leave animal in a car. Even with the windows cracked a car can get over 100 degrees inside on a day where it's the 70s. Generally you can add 20-30 degrees to the inside temp of a car. And it only takes 20 min or so to get there.
