Cops try to get hold of a slippery one

430 Scottsdale Road, Tempe AZ. The suspect originally drew attention from police because he was found slumped over the steering wheel at a stoplight.

When cops opened the vehicle door to see if the driver was okay, the melanin enriched suspect went full retard.

According to court documents, investigators were able to identify 44-year-old Kevin Johnson as the suspect. On Oct. 23, Johnson was found in the parking lot of a Dunkin' in Avondale and arrested.

"Post Miranda, Kevin admitted to police about his involvement in this incident," court documents read.

"Kevin apologized for his actions and stated that he was not intentionally trying to hurt the officers but was trying to flee because he was scared."

According to Tempe police, Johnson is facing three felony charges: unlawful flight from law enforcement, aggravated assault on law enforcement and aggravated assault.
