robbery gone wrong

With the potato quality, for a second I thought the dude was alive and blinking

So apparently, they had quite a few days off (that school I mean) due to Holidays/Celebrations. Guy tried to rob the place, broke the window to get in, but when trying to leave slept or something and cut his own jugular. Bled to death and started decomposing. I'm not seeing shards of glass, but could be wrong.

what are we looking at ?
