I shocked myself a lot on 110v outlets and there is no sparking or burning. Same for 220's casue there is only 110v per hot side.
Seems too much like a setup...Someone has seen these types of videos and tried to make their own video...the breaker would trip as soon as the second wire touched the knob and closed the circuit!!! Also the burn mark would also only be a small spot where he completed the circuit unless the knob was heated to scalding hot temperatures!!! BULLSHIT ALERT!!!!
