Carabayllo, Peru January 13, 2025-Rodolfo Zavala Soto , 60 , a motorcycle taxi driver, was shot in the head by one of two passengers who recorded it. The culprits fled and Soto fell to the ground and died. Some reports say the shooter was a hitman but, police only said they are investigating.
