Rottterdam, Netherlands 2012-Police claimed the drunk sleeping in the doorway was aggressive and had to be pepper-sprayed. The cameraman, Jovanny Dambruck, said when the drunk wouldn't get up, police kicked, punched and beat him with batons, then propped him up and pepper sprayed him. That's when Dambruck started recording. Other witnesses said the drunk was then "thrown" into the paddywagon while handcuffed. Months later, police said there were conflicting reports and the officers were not suspended.
