probably some plastic or hollow plates. it doesn't seem like she can lift up 140+ kg or 300+ lbs
imagine being so simple minded that lifting a heavy weight is a life goal. Humans are tool makers we are supposed to be intelligent and build contraptions to lift heavy objects for us. Troglodyte sports.
I believe that lift is called ‘The Clean and Gunt’
