Just imagine how dumb a person with an average IQ is. Now realize the average officer has a below average IQ statistically. Their dumb as shit, and that's what the Federal Government wants. They want their enforcers to follow orders, not to think about them. This is all the result of state and local agencies getting more and more federal funding that started in the late 60s. We now have a bureaucrats in Washington writing policy and procedures nationwide. The protect and serve types you grew up being told about are long gone. The officers in Uvalde Texas that were arresting and tasing parents that were trying to go into the school to save their own children, and the officers who were confiscating guns from lawful owners during hurricane Katrina are the kind of officers we have now. Wake up boot lickers.
