He was shot by his childhood friend and neighbor, André Leandro de Souza Mata, 29, also an influencer. The suspect owed the victim $51.45 USD for breaking the victim's review mirror and set up the encounter on the pretext of paying the debt. After the shooter pretended to pay on his phone he shot the victim. However, the suspect himself died hours later in a shootout with police.
