Menopause has lot of Men.
Well, round up the needed women and send them to manufacturing camp's. If they wont freely join, force them!
That would work as an argument if other countries that went the farthest to make laws for "gender equality" had the same issue with words. They do not, yet women in the end still chose cosy jobs for less money.
