The more of these street justice incidents I witness, the less I think it has to do with some sort of principled cultural stance against crime/degeneracy, as opposed to a bored population wanting to vent some aggression against an individual who has collectively been deemed a deserving target.
I thought he said he identifies as a soccer ball officer!
