Kinsasa, Jan 31 (EFE) .- At 28 civilians died in an attack attributed to the Allied Democratic Forces (ADF), a rebel group of diffuse ties with the Islamic State (IS), in the province of Ituri, in the northeast from the Democratic Republic of Congo (RDC), a Human Rights NGO confirmed EFE on Friday.
