Fake as fuck. He didn't turn red, snot didn't run down his nose. He didn't break the seal to that bottle, how do you know it's not filled with paprika.
It's not too hot, it just goes down your windpipe as a powder. Even cinnamon will do the same thing.
Just mix it with a little water to make a paste, and you will be fine.
