I have no idea what happens in the first video.
The last one isn't a real event. Suspects are never alone in a car and especially a transporter. As for keys in the the sun visor, not a chance. As for the kiddie locks on all police cars doors, he wouldn't have even made out of the front without breaking a window. You think the embarrassed police would release this footage? Not a chance.
