Police in Turkey making a point

Pretty obvious erdogan taking a leaf out of the putin play book - imprison your political rivals then kill them off!

Erdogan is a nationalist fascist like Netanyahu, Putin, Modi, Orbán, and Trump...

two things:

1 - the prostest are justified. President Erdogan had his political opponent, the mayor of Istanbul, imprisoned under made up charges, so he won't be able to run in the upcoming election. A lot of people in Turkey are fed up with the de facto dictator, but most people still vote for him and see him as a sort of "sultan annointed by big Al".

btw, lots of Tukrs in Germany vote for Erdogan as well (they can do so, due to having dual citizenship).

2 - You see and remember how Arab/Muslim protesters here in western countries cry in front of cameras because of "opression and police brutality", when literally nothing has happened?!

THIS is how things are in the countires they come from, but you never hear any of them complaining about that, never.
