Time to enact "reasonable" fire restrictions like banning all matches and lighters.
Bucharest, Romania November 6, 2023-Liliana Popa, 54, was burned alive by her nephew Alexandru Popa, 33. The nephew wanted her to give him an apartment that she inherited from a mutual family member. She told him that he never had anything to do with her and now she sees him when he wants something. So he bought gas and came back to kill her. He went to prison.
