This is disgusting.
I saw a very similar thing happen in my youth. My friend and I were returning from fishing and noticed a truck dumping raw sewage in into an irrigation ditch. When I returned home I was telling my mother about it so it could be reported. Come to find out the truck had just cleaned our septic tank.
Approved by the Indian department of sanitation.
