At first I kind of felt bad. The guy was probably press-ganged off the street, and then shot by his own on the front line. Then I got to thinking about all the American poor who were drafted during the Vietnam era who were not draft-dodgers. No place for cowards in this world.

we've got some few millions of Ukranians here in Germany who also "refused to fight."

No need to kill them, just send them back.
