She's not wrong.
She's no different from any white chick you would meet in the South. The LBJ experiment of the Great Society, which was supposed to bring blacks up to white morals, ethics, and IQ, has failed miserably. It's the other way around, and white culture and education have deteriorated to unprecedented lows.
