The most striking thing about this to me is how long it must've taken him just pelting the other guy in the head with that plastic cup to get to that point. Think about that---how much time had he already been hitting him before the video started, to draw that much blood and have it spilling all over the place? Because it didn't happen quickly. And no one has interfered. Wild.
They should IMMEDIATELY BAN all PLASTIC cups! A "Glass Cup" would have immediately smashed into shithers of glass rendering the item SAFE.
