Just countersteer a lil more and you should get that turn next time.
Flat tyre? No spare? Just wrap the severed lower half of your tallest victim around that rim and tie their feet together using the laces provided. It wont be a great ride but at least you will be able to flee the scene without all those scraping noises and sparks that attract unnecessary attention.
Looks like he got a split. The spare's gonna be pretty hard.
