Fun fact, the Barrett has a muzzle break at the end to soften the recoil. As the round exits the gasses are forced sideways through the break, stopping the rearward motion of the barrel.
And for those who like playing with ammo, not enough grain and the gun won't cycle. Too much grain and it is will be too violent and probably break in the long run.
