Cincinnati, OH, USA July 25, 2025-It started before recording when a white guy in a white t-shirt slapped a black guy in a red t-shirt. Then retaliation seen here: https://tinyurl.com/37w668zp Then assault seen in the video above. Police don't know what it was about.
