He did ejaculate when the head was being severed. The head was moving and I think the brain was active as it was gasping for air. I guess the guy was thinking for a few moments after the head was detached. He probably suffocated as no air was passing into the bloodstream and his brain was deprived of oxygen. Not a pleasant end.
