East Hollywood, Los Angeles, CA, USA June 18, 2025-Victor Manuel Carrillo, 27, died after burglary of an occupied apartment. When police arrived he threw ceramic pots and lumber from the terrace outside the apartment before re-entering it. Carrillo, armed with a knife and not stopped by tasers, was shot dead.
