SANTA MARIA, BRAZIL – AUGUST 12, 2017 A 28-year-old man was attacked at a gas station by three men armed with machetes. The attack was primarily to his face and head. They left him there to die slowly with his head destroyed and ran away. The attackers did not run far and were apprehended just a few blocks from the gas station where the attack occurred. All three were brothers. They confessed to the crime and cited revenge as their motive. The man is said to have physically assaulted their father. Although the victim received immediate first aid, he died shortly after the attack. You can also see a photo from his funeral in the gallery.
