I've personally seen this a few times in person. Low awareness individuals get twisted by the waist several times . There's no surviving it,just call a priest or rabbi before THEY MOVE THE TRAIN while you're STILL ALIVE ,after the train leaves they place you in a bodybag. Horrific!
