Kansas City, MO, USA March 25, 2021-Perp Malcolm Johnson, 31, a black man, was shot twice in the head. Johnson was a suspect in separate shooting and Officers Jeremy Gragg and Edward Morales cornered him at a BP gas station. Gragg was shot in the leg with his own gun. No charges were filed against the officers but, the decedent's family filed a lawsuit.
