Eeyup, there's the reason why a taser is a pain compliance tool, NOT a 'less lethal" option.
One source said that after the suspect was handcuffed, police discovered one of their bullets had hit him.
For some reason, the suspect's name and age was not released to anyone.
Police need to be used for target practice
