Tariffs and Reagan

Canada has been killing us with tariffs, so it is time to repay the favor to our commie neighbors to the north.

When the Dems' arguments require embracing Ronald Reagan, you know something's wrong.

Like Reagan, Trump has said he doesn't want tariffs. He's using them as leverage to achieve the sort of free market that Reagan envisioned.

When this video was made, globalism was at it's infancy. Today we see the effects of letting go of our know how and heavy industry. Of course the globalists wants to keep doing it, because it weakens the west and erodes the middle classes, which is exactly what they want. And all the retarded leftists applause, of course. Tariffs has definitely worked for Trump so far and had exactly the effect he said they would. Time will tell, but the simplicity of the thought: It's more profitable to produce in America than abroad, speaks for itself.
