Hiviz should be crippled, what a pussy. Lethal force isn’t warranted against a balding 40 year olds “punch” if you can even call it that.
The macing was premature considering the guy did not touch him. He should have stopped there and call the cops, that's textbook assault from Mr. HiViz.
That being said, chasing that idiot and punching him, also not bueno. Some might say, way worse - since a direct hit can result in death -
I wouldn't mind seeing both in prison for a short while whilst the HiViz dude gets banned from owning weapons.
