Suspects Arrested: David Herndon, 33: Arrested in late September and accused of driving the car that led the shooters to the victim. A 17-year-old male: Arrested in late September and charged with second-degree murder. His name was not released due to his age. Rephaya Oselmo, 18: The third suspect, arrested by U.S. Marshals in Fayetteville, Arkansas, in October after fleeing the state. He was extradited back to Syracuse and arraigned on murder and weapons charges. Show more
