I’m conservative and am for strict no-tolerance policies. However, this is a bit extreme.
I suggest they have their sexual organs removed and sent back to their home country with the words “rapist” or “murderer” tattooed to their foreheads in their native language.
At least she is safe from rapists one look from her and they'll lose their erection
