Is he ok?
Well as a welder myself, I had no idea that national grid level electrical hardware came with volatile gases and liquids. I'm guessing he didn't know or care either.
Problem is, it'll take 24 hours to de gas the thing for the sake of a few welds they will take less than 1 hour.
