Rail cars only stop when air is applied to the brakes, they are free wheeling. Their are no hand brakes on a rail car. the only way to stop it is if the engineer aplys the brakes. since the train got Blown apart. no chance for them to get the rest of the train to stop.. in other words...YOUR FUCKED!!
