The officer spoke with a woman about damage to her car, including a shattered windshield. The conversation appeared calm, and there were no immediate signs of violence. While the officer was speaking with the woman, her estranged husband, 54-year-old Francisco Canales Aguilar, left his nearby home and drove to the location.
