If you look closely you can see the dude in white pull his gun while on the ground.
Looked like the arrest went great to me!
This is how every police interaction involving blacks should go. regardless of if they have a gun or not.
San Bernardino, CA, USA October 22, 2020-Mark Matthew Bender Jr, 35, was shot dead by police at King Tut Liquor. He was drunk, jumping on cars and waving a gun. He pulled an unregistered 9mm handgun on the cop. Bender's record dates back 17 years; attempted murder, false imprisonment, domestic violence, theft, DUI, drugs. He was out on bail at the time. Police review found the cop's actions were justified. Family sued anyway with outcome unknown.
