Cops
American cops are so smart!!! they drop the guy and then shout get on the ground?! Was it a different ground? maybe on the grass?
Pretty much sums up how cop brains work.
They forgot the mag dump part while screaming "STOP REACHING!!!" "STOP RESISTING!!!" "FREEZE!!!" "ROLL OVER!!!" "DON'T MOVE!!!" though.
